Analisis Peresepan Obat Formularium Nasional Berdasarkan Kesesuaian Restriksinya di Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Sawah Besar Tahun 2018

Abstrak

Pelayanan kesehatan yang diberikan kepada masyarakat dalam pelaksanaan Jaminan Kesehatan
Nasional (JKN) mencakup pelayanan promotif, preventif, kuratif dan rehabilitative. Dalam mendukung
pelaksanaan JKN perlu adanya upaya untuk menjamin ketersediaan, keterjangkauan dan aksesibilitas obat
melalui penerapan Formularium Nasional (Fornas) sebagai acuan dalam pelayanan kesehatan di seluruh fasilitas kesehatan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui persentase peresepan obat sesuai dengan Formularium Nasional di RSUD Sawah Besar tahun 2018. Desain penelitian deskrptif analisis dan pengambilan data dilakukan secara retrospektif berupa peresepan obat dan dari Sistem Informasi Manajemen Rumah Sakit (SIM RS) serta data Rekam Medis pasien. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan besar sampel sekitar 19.690 resep dan lama penelitian 6 (enam) bulan dari bulan Juli 2018 sampai Desember 2018. Dari hasil penelitian didapatkan data bahwa pola penulisan resep terhadap kesesuaian Formularium Nasional (Fornas) sangat rendah 71,22%. Dari kesesuaian Fornas dilihat terhadap tiga kelas terapi: hiperlipidemia, hipertensi, hiperglikemia. Kesesuaian obat hiperlipidemia 75% dengan obat atorvastatin sebagai obat dengan ketidak sesuaian restriksi terbanyak.
Kesesuaian obat antihipertensi 54,11% dengan obat valsatran sebagai salah satu ketidaksesuaian dalam restriksi
dan obat-obat insulin sebagai penyumbang ketidaksesuaian restriksi pada obat hipeglikemia sebanyak 70,03%.
