Abstrak

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk memberikan informasi mengenai sifat antibakteri ekstraketil asetat media kultur fungi endofi t daun bakau (R. mucronata).Fungi endofit yang telah diisolasi dari daun R. mucronata diidentifikasi secara makroskopik, mikroskopik, dan molekuler. Ekstrak etil asetat dari media kultur fungi endofi t diuji aktivitas antibakterinya pada Staphylococcus aureus dan Escherichia coli menggunakan metode mikrodilusiuntuk mendapatkan nilai Konsentrasi Hambat Minimum (KHM). Hasil penelitian diperoleh isolat fungi endofi t yaitu Nigrospora oryzae. Ekstrak etil asetat (EtOAc) media kultur fungi endofi t yang diujikan pada E. coli menunjukkan nilai KHM 250 μg/mL terhadap bakteri E. coli dan 500 μg/mL terhadap bakteri S. aureus.
