JAKARTA, May 13, 2026 — Led by Editor-in-Chief Dr. apt. Diah Kartika Pratami, M.Farm., the full editorial board of the Indonesian Journal of Pharmaceutical Sciences (JIFI) convened today for a high-level strategic meeting aimed at reinforcing the journal’s academic standing. The session focused on finalizing a modernized framework to meet the rigorous demands of global scientific publishing.
The Indonesian Journal of Pharmaceutical Sciences or Jurnal Ilmu Kefarmasian Indonesia, ISSN (p-ISSN:1693-1831, e-ISSN: 2614-6495), is a scientific journal published by Faculty of Pharmacy, Universitas Pancasila, Jakarta. JIFI has been publishing since 2003, twice a year in April and October. JIFI was first accredited in 2007 in accordance decree of DIKTI No. 167/DIKTI/KEP/2007 with predicate B. Based on the 2nd Scientific Periodical Accreditation in 2013, JIFI was set as accredited Periodical Scientific Issues by decree of the Minister of Education and Culture of Republic Indonesia No. 040/P/2014 on February 14, 2014. In 2019, JIfI has been accredited SINTA 2, quoted from the decision of the Director General of RISTEKDIKTI in 7th Scientific Periodical Journal Accreditation with decree No. 36/E/KPT/2019 on December 13, 2019. on December 13, 2019. Since September 2023, the journal has collaborated with PAFI (Persatuan Ahli Farmasi Indonesia, or Indonesian Pharmacy Experts Association) No. 036/FF-UP/PKS-PAFI/IX/2023 and only receives manuscripts in English.
